Interview Assigned - December 3, 2009 - FINALLY!!

Medical - December 14, 2009 - Passed

Embassy/Interview - January 26, 2010 Montreal, Quebec Canada - 167 days PASSED!!!

Port of Entry - February 26, 2010 Baltimore International, Maryland

USCIS -- ROC package sent off

November 26, 2011 to Vermont station November 30, 2011 received NOA1December 16, 2011 received biometrics appointment.

January 04, 2012 Biometrics

September 2, 2012, RFE Received.

September 22, 2012 RFE responded to

October 15, 2012 ROC approved, 10 Green card on its way.

Just wanted to say good luck to you all, since we have so many in the CR1/IR1, thought we could have a thread for it. Not sure which K visa folks are interviewing in the upcoming week, do you guys keep a list at all?

Anyway, good luck to americana2009, kuds1, Zansgirl, chochamu and redblue and all to you K visa interviewees too!

I am getting jumpy...I leave early Thursday morning....and my Hardcopy of the letter arrived yesterday..(stress reduced 7%)..

quick question..My hubby easily meets the financial requirements and we had submitted 3 years of tax info..06,07,and 08...He just received his (whatever the equivilant of a T-4 is) for 2009...do I need a copy?? I have his last 2 paystubs and a copy of our joint bank account?

We did NOT opt into Efile and we are CR-1 and if I were to go by what the letter says...I basically only need to bring the medical thing...but best to be over prepared correct???

Just a quick question....

didn't get the hardcopy of the appointment letter yet...I'll leave Sunday afternoon. I printed 3 copies of the appointment letter that NVC emailed to me. This emailed one that I printed is enough to bring with me on Monday,right?

Yep. Some people don't get a hard copy.
