Hello guys, i am kind of frustrated to know guys given interview for k1 visa after me in Islamabad they got the visa but in my case it is different.

I had my k1 visa interview with U.S embassy in Islamabad was on 2009-10-05 neither they respond back nor they returned my passport which they kept during my interview.

I don't know what to do ? i also tried to send them email but they respond only once after that i send email they never replied i have stop sending email to them.

Should i get any consultant help pls suggest.

Have the USC call up DOS and enquire on the case status. My guess is that it's in AP.

03/27/2009: Engaged in Ithaca, New York.
08/17/2009: Wedding in Calcutta, India.

03/23/2010: Case completed.
05/12/2010: CR-1 interview at Mumbai, India.
05/20/2010: US Entry, Chicago.
03/01/2012: ROC NOA1.
03/26/2012: Biometrics completed.
12/07/2012: 10 year card production ordered.

09/25/2013: N-400 NOA1

10/16/2013: Biometrics completed

12/03/2013: Interview

12/20/2013: Oath ceremony

Stands for "Administrative Processing" but means additional security checks. It is standard procedure for your part of the world. Until it has been more than six months, there's really nothing you can do but wait. The USC can call DOS for a case status update from time to time but AP takes as long as it takes.

I have submit police report along my case, my background is clear why it is taking too much time in AP ??? I am never been into U.S then why they making security checks for me in U.S lol
