Sarcasm on my part my dear pooky! If you look at the start of this thread, the Chinese actions were all because Bush Lite is no longer in office and the limp noodle, communist/socialist/fascist/pacifist Obama is now at the helm giving aid and comfort to our enemies.

And if you remember, I shot that down in flames as soon as shooter brought it up. Why resurrect it, unless you're incapable of discussing anything other why BushBaby was so carp, or why some people dislike our current POTUS?

With the amount of cash China now has stashed up thanks to our corporations exporting everything and anything over there I wouldn't be surprised if they are already working on their 6th gen. All they need to do is buy our 5th gen from someone here. People here have a weakness for $$$, so I am sure they will find somebody. Not to mention, with all of the plants we have setup China, you think they are not stealing any an every technology and manufacturing technique they can. Of course they are.

The F22 costs $142.6 million to manufacture each, China could easily purchase 14,814 of those and not have to borrow a dime. The Chinese government is not stupid, while we have a political party (ideology) here who wants a poorer and weaker federal government, with more tax cuts for the mega wealthy, the Chinese government is amassing money for their own. The joke of the century is that the communists now have more money in cash than us. Furthermore, we are responsible for making them wealthy. They have actually used greed and exploited capitalism against us and to their advantage. Way to go any company and shareholders that has sold us out. On top of that, we owe them $800 billion.

You obviously know little about current military aviation, as befits a country that bought 24 Rhinos to replace their Aardvarks. The Chinese are already well into working on their 5th gen air superiority platform and that's about as far as they need to go. Money won't solve their needs, they need to be able to get it onto the plane and the plane into the air. That takes time, expertise and testing, something that the Chinese are working through on their indigenous 4th gen platform, the Shenyang J10.

If you think the Chinese ever adhered to pure communism, then you need to read Orwell's Animal Farm. The Chinese elite have always been into power and now they're finding out that having power over the US through the financial imbalance that currently exists is a double-edged sword. The rhetoric is still there, but the actions of the Chinese reflect the reality that they can do little to the US economically without letting the financial house of cards collapse, bringing them down with it. If you think about it too much, you'll find it really funny.

The PRC airforce don't have much combat experience so they may not be as effective even more modern aircraft. They usually go for more missiles in asmytrical warfare. Their version of an AWACs and tanker planes mean they might now have the means to fight further from Chinese bases.

I never said it wasn't there before, but India's industrial muscle is growing and they are becoming one of the bigger economic players on the world stage. China, as the closest regional competitor, is feeling this and will, as they have always shown, make moves to protect and further their own advantage.

Remember, back in 1962, India wasn't a nuclear player. They are now.

india may have nuke, but they are not a major economic player. i have been there, and seen for myself. what little infrastructure india has is so oversold that nothing can be built there beyond the bling that is already sold before it even gets off the line. talk to me about foundry shops, machine shops, fabrication shops.

Essentially saying once you have spoken, no further comments are needed or wanted, by you, since your response was all that needed to be said. Both insulting, and megalomania-cal. But you would have me bow before the mighty pooky?

We can go on like this forever, but really it is up to you. Your comments and your insults are not better than what anyone else might add and there is no TOS which says they are.
