I will fly to the USA to in March. We have always used her parents but we will leave at another address when i get there. Should i still use the parent's address for AOS etc. What about the i 94 form when on the plane?

Will using the paren;ts address affect the i 864?

Thank you

My husband and I used his mom's address for the I-129F petition because he was still deployed in Iraq. When he got back to the U.S., we were already at the Embassy stage (K-1 interview) and he changed his address on file when he called to schedule my visa interview - it was lucky that he did because I remember the IO that examined my documents at my POE asking where I would be staying. You should never lie so just bring proof that your fiance has moved - receipt for the change of address (if he filed it with the USCIS) or a bill / lease / house title that shows the new address.
