Well I have sent in a k-1 for my fiancee and I have just a quick question. How much time does a REF usually delay the case. The REF was just one question that we overlooked about criminal history. I don't have one so I sent the REF back once I had filled it out. They got it back Jan 22. 2010, and I was wondering how long it was going to delay the case. I got the email about the REF on Jan 14th.
