Adding new born to existing I-130 application

Hello,

I would appreciate if someone can guide me on how to add a new born to the existing I-130 application of my brother. I am a US citizen who filed an I-130 for my brother last year. He recently became father of a beautiful baby girl. How do I go about adding her name to the green card application?

That's at least 10 yr wait (depending what country your brother is from). When the NVC contacts you for submission of documents, you can then update the information to reflect the child. As a dependant, the child will also be given an IV visa - derivative of beneficiary.

Thank you very much. So I guess there is nothing that needs to be done at this time. I just want to make sure that USCIS does not raise an issue at the time of approval/interview.
