Sending AOS today- Anything Missing

I am mailing the AOS packet today, this is what I am including, PLEASE tell me if anything is missing

Total passport photos of non US citizen -6 (is this correct), do I need any?

I have this in a divided folder with different sections for 485-864, 864 sponsor, 765-131, does this sound ok

2/19/2010- Completed biometrics via early "walk in'

2/22/2010- Touched on I-765, 48

2/24/2010- Case transferred to CSC

4/2/2010 Card Production Ordered for I-765, AP touched (Yea!!)

4/8/10- Approval notice for I-765 sent via email/ AP touched

4/10/2010 Received AP.

4/12/10 Received EAD-

7/6/10 Contacted USCIS because now Outside normal processing time

7/23/10 Got RFE asking for proof of legitimate marriage- 1page and 1/4 of proofs

8/23/10 sent off RFE response via Expressmail

8/24/10 Received by CSC

9/2/10 Email from USCIS- Card Production Ordered

If you are the US Citizen then no passport pictures needed.

I would suggest adding two affidavits of your marriage from friends or family.

No, the OP is filing for AOS after a K1, there is no need to provide evidence of the bonafides of the marriage, that comes at the interview, if they get one.

Timeline

I have a question: I am getting ready to do submit my AOS form for my now husband. I wanted to know if it is required that I apply for EAD for him. He has a SS card but the card reads that he cannot use it for work until cleared by DHS. I wanted to know if it is mandatory/required that I also submit for that form. based on what I am seeing, it looks like I have to submit a new paperwork with employment letter, bank letter, bank statements. Should I use my new tax paperwork from this year or use the same one from when I first filed the I-129.

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated on how I can move along. Oh, I forget, how quickly should I file the AOS, if his visa is scheduled to expire in Mid-april?

I-693 Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record - is this the entire medical or vaccination only? If just vaccinations, and you are including a cover letter, make sure you write "Vaccination only"

Personally i think IRS transcripts are better, and they're free. Personal opinion though obviously

Letter of explanation you are applying from K1 so this is not needed.

Have you considered sending this form: G-1145 – Form for E-notification of Application/Petition Acceptance?

Also make sure details are written on the back of the photos.

incorrect. The packet will be returned if this is how you address the cheque. It is to be made out to: "U.S. Department of Homeland Security"
