I've read all the glowing reviews about the Managua Embassy but so far my experience is just the opposite. I received an email from the NVC on December 31, 2009 stating that the paperwork has been forwarded to Managua, so after reading the reviews about the wonderful Blanca Perez, I wrote to her direct email address a friendly email with questions. I also wrote to the general email addresses after not receiving a response from Ms. Perez but to date I have not received any replies. Any suggestions on how to find out if the paperwork has been received and when the packages 3 and/or 4 will be available for pick up?

Ps, I also wrote to NVC and tried to call the Embassy but they only tell you to use the email address. Help, please!
