The I-130 isn't required to adjust status... that's the form that requires a G-325A for both the petitioner and the beneficiary.

The person who applies to adjust status is the beneficiary... form I-485 only requires the beneficiary to submit a G-325A.

You only need to do G-325A for the non USC for AOS I thought, or is it different for K3?

I didnt' know that G325-A depends on the type of visa. I'm sorry.

In my personal case, I sent one G325-A signed by my husband with his picts. and another complete G325-A signed by me (4 pages each one) also my picts, and everything was fine.

The G325-A is a biographical data form which is required as supporting documentation for many different applications, not just visas.... it's easy to get confused!!

Best thing to do is just read the requirements cover page with each form and submit what is listed...

Cheers!

Jen,

Once upon a time, not any more. So you are correct about why it's easy to get confused.
