My Question what documents does she need to send from my parents,

If your parents are not in US then your sister first need to submit I-130. If they are here in US then your sister can submit I-130 along with I-485.

But in any case you guys need the following for both the parents

For each parent along with I-130 you need to submit the following

o Check: for the amount of $355 (payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security)

• Form I-130: Petition for Alien Relative

• Copy of birth certificate of beneficiary if birth certificate is not available then two sets of affidavits need to submitted

• Copy of Marriage Certificate of beneficiary if does not exist then Two sets of Marriage Affidavit for beneficiary

• Copy of Proof of Citizenship of petitioner

• Copy of US Passport of petitioner

• Copy of Birth Certificate of petitioner

In the later stage at NVC after I-130 is approved you need to submit ORIGINALS of Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate for both beneficiary and petitioner.

Hope this helps.
