How to Handle The Documents?

Hello! I am new to the forum, I was trying to search on how to handle the packet I received from the US Embassy.

My passport was inside the plastic with the packet, can I open it? Cause it says here that I cannot open it. and can only be opened by the US Immigration. Does that mean I cannot open even the plastic. I am not sure how am I going to handle these documents. I don't want to make a mistake and end up denial of entry. I am from the Philippines, can anyone give me some advice?

There are reminders flashed on TV at the US Embassy during my interview, but I can't remember them.

you can open the plastic, but only to remove your passport. dont open anything else!!!

You can retrieve your passport in the clear packet only. Be very careful not to open the (in our case) yellow envelope. We put our packet in a laptop type case to prevent even a small accidental tear.

Yes, it's the brown/ orange/ yellow envelope with the corner missing from it that you can't open.

you only need to open the plastic but don't open the yellow envelop, retrieve your passport so you can have it stamp at the CFO after your seminar before your point of entry here in the US....Conrgrats...
