Hello everyone,..

I'm going to have my interview on feb 5, 2010 and I'm pretty nervous.

I have pictures ready and I'm just going to have to put it on an album. The e-mails and text chats, I just have to print them. The itineraries and receipts photo copied.

BUT,... i have a question.

We talk on skype everyday. Is there a way i can print out or prove that?

I'm having sweaty palms just thinking about my interview,... :(

I need your advice please.

Thanks!

ofcorse u can print your chat logs.just copy paste those chat logs u have there (but ofcorse chose only those lines that state your love of each other

if u do call your partner(skype to phone) u can print the history of your call too.by clicking (view account).or simple go to conversation then call history.

if u already send all the original forms or docs in the nvc just make sure u have photocopy to bring it with u in your interview.

u can check also the papers the the nvc send u along with the appointment letter.u can see there if u have missing papers through the lettrs indicate there.

I was interviewed last Jan28, Thursday...and I felt the same...but as long as you follow the USEM required docs, you'll be fine...about the chats, we both use Skype (latest chats) and Ym(old chats), I didn't gave them my Skype chat logs coz I dunno how to do it..but I provided them my Skype phone bills and ym chat logs, they will just check the consistency and the frequency...they will ask you about your photos and greeting cards which should include the envelopes...

St Luke's will only ask for you appointment letter both email copy and sent through mail and 3 visa photographs...

Goodluck, no need to worry, when I first stepped in the consul's room, I already saw all my required scanned and they returned to me my original copies, and I saw the word "approved" on those scanned docs even before the interview, the consul only asked funny questions both from me and my children...

Goodluck and keep praying...just be sure also that you don't bring any electronics with you, the vendors outside will ask you to pay them P150 if you wish to leave your electronics with them, which includes USB, etc....be ready with your appointment letters, the guard at the embassy will look for that before they will let you enter...on the 1st window, be sure your visa photographs are pasted on the required forms, for fast processing ( they are so in a hurry cuz of the very long queue)

I took with me around 70 pictures printed on a letter size bond paper, 2 photos each page, greeting cards and mails. I made screen shots also of our emails, chat logs and phone cards. I brought statement of our joint accounts and latest bills on our house in the PI.

During the interview the prescreener asked only for the pictures. He selected at random some pictures and asked me who are those with us and where it was taken. The CO asked only the typical questions as posted everywhere here, but did not ask about the pictures.

I guess the interview depends on case to case. I've known my wife for 14 years already so the burden of proving our relationship was not much. The questions were basically on how well you know your partner.

One more tip, practice. I asked my wife to asked me something about her or about us. Then as we go along she made some corrections/suggestions on my answers. We just did it for fun, and she was really good in acting like a CO  And it was helpful, since most of the questions she asked me were asked on the actual interview.

Good luck!
