Hello everyone,..

I'm going to have my interview on feb 5, 2010 and I'm pretty nervous.

I have pictures ready and I'm just going to have to put it on an album. The e-mails and text chats, I just have to print them. The itineraries and receipts photo copied.

BUT,... i have a question.

We talk on skype everyday. Is there a way i can print out or prove that?

I'm having sweaty palms just thinking about my interview,... :(

I need your advice please.

If there's bills paid for the long distance time at Skype that should count as proof too.

Don't sweat too much. Vicky said it was pretty easy and not a lot of questions. We were extremely nervous too!

For the skype logs, just go to history where you will find your call and chat logs, then print screen and paste it on word document. =) Same with YM if ur using Yahoo :-)

Be ready to have NBI for ALL possible versions of your name. Did you change anything in your past related to your name? Previous marriage. Misspelled birth certificate? If so you should go get an NBI for all these different names you have had. My wife was asked to go get a new NBI for "AKA" Also Known As. Further delays otherwise...

They asked for our most recent US Tax return even if not required per the requirements...

The nearest the date is, the more nervous i get.

I know i shouldn't be but i can't help it :P you know how it is ;)

Positively thinking, you will have to pay the Air21 fee for delivery of your passport (price varies depending on location) with your visa in it....I can't think of any other fee you should have to pay for.

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

I print screened the skype chats and call history as well as yahoo. I did it back to back to save paper as well as to lessen the weight. The prescreener and CO didn't look at the e-mails and just asked for photos and greeting cards. For the photos, i just put them in a clear folder, something that bends easily coz if u will put them in an album i don't think it will fit once the pre-screener or the CO asked it from you. You might need to bring a hand towel or hankies for the sweaty palms...had the same problem coz i was so nervous and had a bit of problem when i did the fingerprint. I can understand how u feel. Just make sure u have all the documents. Good luck in ur interview!!! :)

Being vervous is normal, but if you are well prepared there is nothing to worry about.

Manila maybe different from Riyadh, based on my experience pictures, greeting cards and my wife's cellphone bills played a very big role during my interview.

Hi, three more days to go and its the day for me. and I'm really really really nervous,... did St. Luke's Hospital took your NBI clearance from you? I can't remember if they did take mine cos i can't find it in my folders and i don't know if I lost it or they have it... I'm getting things mixed up in my head now,.. silly I know :P

yes St Lukes took my passport. they will be the one to forward it to the USEM along with our medical results.

and getting nervous is a natural reaction. i am nervous as heck! :blush:

St. Lukes doesnt required NBI...at least in my case.

Just relax, be confident and pray. You'll be fine.
