Yeah, i've seen one before, and it still made me a bit uneasy. But then again, last time I was at mardi gras, I drank enough to give an elephant alcohol poisoning, so that might have jaded me.

that convinced me it happened

while attending a trade show NO ... had 2 co-workers do bourbon st kinda hard ... they started walking back to the hotel ... gave up and hailed a cab. the cab ride was 2 blocks straight ahead ...

My cousin got arrested for public drunkenness one Mardi Gras. That one's a legend in our family because you have to be beyond obnoxious for that to happen.
