Hi guys,

I just got married a month ago, but my husband is in Ecuador.

I know i have to file a I-130 form and have the option to file a I-129F (K-3 visa)?

Does anyone know if the K3 is worth it? or should i just stick to the I-130?

Another thing i need to know is What are the documents that I'm going to need to send the I-130?

Can someone help me?

I'm trying to start the process but I'm a bit confused! :(

Dont waste money on the K-3, it was originally designed to bring spouses here faster, but now is taking just as long and sometimes longer... the I-130 is best. It allows them to work when they arrive. the K3 they have to arrive, cant work, have to file adjustment and wait for permission to work.

I-130 and G-325A,, and supporting documents, just read the instructions for the form
