Today I got Refusal to get Visa , Really i dont know !! maybe becuz of still waiting for onther Medical tests becuz Doctor ask me to doing it , but i sent a email to Embassy US Casablanca in 21 jaunary 2010 explain to them and Request if can change date of my interview or should come to Interview ,next day they called me and says we cant change the date of interview and you need to keep your appointement, so i went to embassy Today without Medical exmination and CO ask me so many Questions about my fiancee and i answerd them and a littel of them i didnt answerd them becuz i dont know , then i get REFUSAL , Please Can anybody Explain to me what can do ??

I don't think it's because of your medical exam but you'll need to wait for their report to know what it was for. It sounds like something in your case, whether answers you gave or not enough support did not allow them to issue the visa.

I would have your SO contact their congressman to see if they can keep the petition in Casablanca

Doubtful that a Congressman or anyone else can do anything. They are not arbitrators and do not make those decisions. Typically they make requests for information and provide responses.

Based on what we have seen it would appear that the CO saw something they didnt like, possible proof of bonifide relationship due to answers to questions. However all we can do is speculate.

Unfortunaltely all others can do is relate thier past experiences.

This doesn't appear to have anything at all to do with your medical. We may be able to help you understand if you'll provide a detailed report of the questions AND answers from the interview. Since the case is being sent back to the USA but WITHOUT mention of a recommendation to revoke, it is either because of something in the interview or something missing. It's more likely something from the interview. What specifically did you NOT KNOW when asked?
