Hello all,

I filed my I-130 on 24th Sep 2009 and received my NOA1 on the 29th Sep. I am still waiting for my NOA2 although it seems that a lot of the September filers have already gotten their NOA2 and are at the NVC already. I even saw one filer who already got their visa! But I guess that would differ from country to country based on how many petitions they are waiting to complete. But nevertheless, any ideas on why mine is still pending approval?

Thanks

Removal of Conditions:

07/02/2012 - Sent I-751 packet via USPS

07/05/2012 - Packet delivered

07/09/2012 - Check cashed!

I did, and they said the same thing the case status page says. Wait till the 5 month timeline before calling back is what they said I think.
