Hi all,

I filed my I-130 in September 2009. All I sent with the file was my marriage certificate, birth certificates,G-325A and some address proof.

I got my NOA1 and am hoping to get my NOA2 in the next few days since they are processing September applications. I was wondering if they will request additional documents since I did not send any wedding pictures or affidavits of any relatives vouching for the wedding.

Any ideas?

Also, are there any September filers out there whose NOA1 was around the 28th 29th dates?

Thanks all!

Removal of Conditions:

There is a big process for NVC - a different set of documents.

If you did not send in any 'proof of bonafides' with original I-130 submittal (yer supposed to do that, it's in the instructions) then your foreign spouse MIGHT be allowed to show this proof on interview day.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

"Probably" won't get RFE as USCIS doesn't require much evidence of bonafide relationship with the initial petition. That will come at the interview.
