Waiting is horrible, and many times we loose hope. I know I have. And I dunno what would have happened if my approval took any longer. But hang in there and you'll get through this. And it will have been worth it!

Hmm, i know how you feel, impatient and all but i've never thought of giving up, i know my man is one of a kind and i have to hang on for him, for us. Today i noticed something, that once i come online i get anxious to check our status at USCIS, and i'm addicted to VJ, but while i'm work, thats like, a different world, so, i've decided that from now on i will try to keep myself busy with other things. It's funny cuz my fiance, hes the USC, doesn't talk about the visa at all, we got our NOA1 last week, but when we talk, he's like: what second language would be easier for the kids to learn, baby? lol We talk about us, about our expectations. So, I'd say, focus in your relationship, you've waited for long, you have little to wait now, like someone said, it's just a few more weeks vs. a lifetime together, so, take it easy, be strong, and keep communicating with your fiancee, do nice things for her, send her an ecard, mail her flowers, or enlist reasons why you love her and mail them in heart-shaped papers... she will be thrilled to feel loved by you, i'm sure you love her, otherwise you wouldnt have gone through all this trouble lol So, dont worry, things will be ok, I'm sure, just like I'm sure that you will be approved real soon

Chin up and smile

Suerte!

As babybunny said, some of us have been waiting a very long time.

Your NA2 will come soon and after that your off to the consulate... I have been waiting for his back ground check to clear almost 15 months. And no one can help with this part of the process. All I can do is wait and pray that my fiance and I won't go crazy, which we almost have...

So hang in there and pray like a mad man...

Please dont give us hope hon:(

I waited 6 months for an NOA2, BEFORE IMBRA came into effect!...... I then waited in total 9 months for an interview, i just arrived here 4 weeks ago.

I used to check everyday, it was shitty...i hated it.

I just simply hung on by a thread...waiting and waiting..BUT i never once thought about maybe breaking off..NEVER!

Can you come over and see her, can you use the VWP in your country,,maybe stay for 3 months and then at least your 3 months in to the process.

You really do have a long way to go....take care (F)

...Maybe I will cheer up once the processing times change, but even then it will only mean that I have to wait until the processing date reaches 30 days after I got my NOA1. :crying::(

Sorry that you feel so bad! This process is really miserable at times, and I think many of us have had moments of desperation. I know that I have gotten pretty low a few times. I have not seen my fiance for 11 months. One thing that has happened for us has been encouraging to me. After we make it through a low point, we grow closer than before. I am convinced that by enduring this process, we will have a much stronger relationship in the end.

I hope that you can keep going and pull through. Remember that we are all here going though this together!! I truly appreciate this site!

I'm not going to tell you 'please don't give up'...cos if you can give up, well then your fiancee is not the one for you, and you both deserve to find partners who would rather die than give up.

It will get better, but you know that already!

Good luck with your choice. :)
