My wife has lived in 3 different countries she is a citizen of the philippines, then she lived in Hong Kong for 5 years and now she lives in Canada, my question is does she need a police certificate from each of the 3 countries in which she has lived. :wacko:

yes. That's what the instructions say. Any places/countries she's lived in for periods 12 months or longer. I say place/countries as some countries allow a national police certificate (like Australia) but some countries states/counties don't talk to each other and so will require checks from each area/town. It is country dependent. Please see the instructions for each country in question.

Nov. 18, 2009.....Oath Ceremony...yahooooooooo!!!!!!!!!

If you want to double check which police certificate you will need from each country, you may want to look at the Dept. of State reciprocity by country page - just select the country from the drop down menu for all the details:
