We've received the P4 coverletter and would like to find out how do we know when my husband will take the medical exam, our interview is in March. Can anyone shed some light on our process.

We did the K1, but Bijad set up his own medical appointment. I believe your husband should have received 3 or 4 names of doctors that are approved to complete the medical.

Our P4 cover letter was emailed to us which stated that we go on immigrantvisas.state.gov for medical info. So, I just wasn't sure if that was correct after reading how so many people get information regarding their medical appointments. After reading through VJ, I found out that if you are CR/IR you don't get a P3 or P4 mailed to you. So, it looks like we do have to call and schedule a medical.
