Interview Check List for Kingston

I need some understanding here. I have read kingston checklist for my wife interview next month. However, it says for the petitioner to have an original I864 affi of support for the consular. My question is does the NVC sends all the docs, including the signed I864 pet to the USEmbassy in Kingston. Do I take one anyway for precaution reason or do I just go knowing that NVC sent the I864 Documents.

You should take a copy of everything that you have submitted to NVC, as a pre-caution. If something is missing they will either request it before the interview date, or they will blue slip you to bring it back at a later date at the time of interview.

you need to send all the necessary and the supporting documents to the NVC and dont worry they never lost any documents has been submitted to their office they quit accurate regarding this matter good luck

You never dealt with the Jamaican embassy though.

Do what Roxcie said.........take a complete copy of everything you sent in. It will save you many headaches in the long run.
