Hello Gary, We are in the same boat. I am going crazy too. It seems they are dancing all around our time line. God I hope we receive some good news soon. I praying for us Gary, and everyone else here too.

Didn't you know it is "National not my job day" Geez people its a government holiday today .. please don't bug the CSC people on their holiday.. man.... :lol::lol::lol::lol:

Oh yeah and Tomorrow is "National Workers who process paperwork starting with a K Day"

So they are off tomorrow also.

NOA2 Approval on 7/25/2006! Haven't received it in the mail yet, but got the email and uscis.gov shows the approval! Pretty strange that is is to soon since their website says they are processing apps from March 6 and mine went in on June 9.... I'm not complaining!

Officially engaged 3/25/2006

I-129F submitted 5/23/2006

NOA1 received 6/9/2006

RFE received 6/29/2006

RFE mailed 6/30/2006

RFE arrived at USCIS 7/1/2006

Has anybody seen the gas prices lately.....Oops sorry on the wrong website. Thought I was on a different government lobbying website. Our government at work or not at work ? Can anyone make sense of what I just said? :help: I think I'm losing it for sure. Anybody have some inside info on this Michael Jordan character that plays for the Chicago Bulls. I think he's gonna be good some day :bonk:

KitKat Were so on the same page 122 days for me. I just wanna cry and then beat on my elected officials. Or maybe we should re-consider their canadicies and reconsider people that will listen. Is it possible for politicians to hear anything but their own voice?

Now I am going to freaking vent!!! :ranting: I sent my submission on May 30th with an NOA1 on June 14th and I still haven't received my IMBRA RFE, nor has my case been touched once! Ok...breathe, breathe...I don't mind waiting a little longer but I'd like to know what gives with regard to receiving my RFE....big sigh....grrrrrrr

Oh my you HAVE lost your mind!!! :D But how about this? We have the same timeline but you received your RFE and returned it about 10 days before me ~ hang in there cause your NOA2 is right around the corner . . .

KitKat I would love to believe that mine is right around the corner. But I dont think so for any of us (although I do still hold hope). I just got off the phone with Galina in Russia and told her now I understand why foreigners think America is a paradise. Illegals can come here and get immigration benefits. But for sure if your a U.S. citizen naturalized or born here it's almost impossible to recieve these benefits. Shouldn't we come first? Sheesh...we were here first ya know. I feel so frustrated and betrayed by my government. And then I see someone submitted documents to VSC 9 MONTHS AGO !!!! And still no NOA2. This doesnt give me hope (I wondering if anyone is really listening to me). Anyhow. I wish you luck kitkat because if you get it then I can only dream that I'm runnin a close second to you :D One more thing before I finally go to bed. I dont know if you've seen but there is this Marc and Olga and he submitted documents on the 3rd of May to CSC and got his NOA2 the other day. Man is that a downer. Good luck to all of us that started out in Nebraska. I think we are the ones that are getting screwed for sure. I never did like California. Land of the fruits and nuts
