I know this is a really basic question but...

My fiancee's daughter is under 21 and will follow to join on a K2. Once she recieves her two year green card, how long must she continue to remain single? Until the 10 year green card is issued or??

She's not planning on getting married nor does she have a b/f but I'm curious as to how long the "singleness must last" because I know its a question that she may ask someday? Is it until after the 2 yr perm residency green card, or until the 10 year is issued or what? Thanks for you help.

I think follow to join should be 18 and below not 21...

no minimum requirement of singleness after arrival.... however, if she wants to adjust her status from K-2 then it must be done before she is 21

YMMV

Yup, understand that she must adjust before age 21 as a K2. Thanks.
