We are in touch for long time. We did marriage in all true/good faith and in bonafied way. Our objective is always just to have a long term relation, anywhere and in whatever situations we live. But I sometimes get into some paranoid thoughts on different things and this time its the relation. Just want to know rules, though no realistic existing base. But need to satisfy my illogical fears. It relates to unfortunate issue, seperating two of us, with petitioner at fault (mainly like death due to accident/natural calamity)

1) What if it happens before she (beneficiary) goes for the interview or gets visa?. Can she still get it ?

2) What if petitioner dies after she gets visa ?. Can she still enter US and what will be options left for her ?

3) What if she comes to US, gets GC and then something seperates us ?

a) What in case of petitioner death ?. I think there is a new rule where widow can petition for US citizen. Can it be from her home country and how much time it takes etc ?. What if she marries again ?

B) What if something seperates us but again petitioner's fault, what option she has in that case?

Thanks
