First of all, Thanks visajourney and all the members.

this is a wonderful place and full of valuable informations.

I petitioned for my sister and her family in 2001, since she get another child, and move to different address. Where do i file these change? Do I have to do it in the US or my sister has to do in with the office in Vietnam? thanks alot.

Go to USCIS.gov. there is a place there where you can update your address.and about adding another child,call uscis and inquire about it. You have to do it all here in the US.

NVC case# assigned 7/2/2010

aos fee bill&ds3032 received 7/8/2010

The office in Vietnam does not even know who your sister is yet....

You really don't have to do anything until the I-130 is approved and the preference date is reached and the visa application process has commenced...
