Ok i am sorry , i did not know , i will stay with this topic and dismiss another-one,,

Now i have question, AVR tell me this message ,NVC send you letter on January 25,, today is January 27 i i did not receive e mail. ( i call them to make sure what that will be, they told me i

will receive e mail shortly ,and also postal leter,).

So what is that shortly, few hours or few days?

I know what i missing,they lost my wife court certificate, so we will get another one.

But i cannot send that without no e mail, cause there will be a bar code with my wife information.

And also what is difrence betewen ATTN DR and ATTN CMR, that is on letter with bar code and NVC address,

otwo days ago AVR says this,,

NVC review you case and found information missing or incomplete, NVC send you a letter on January 25.

Today is same message there but with different date and that is January 27, way is this happening.

Sounds like an RFE - just wait for the postal letter (not email).

The RFE, via postal mail, will be sent to the USC that filed the petition, not the foreign beneficiary.

AVR tell me next

NVC has review you documnet and found information missimg or incomplete, we sedn you a leter on Januari 25, once this information are recive please alow 6-8 weeks for review and that you will be notifay.

, so i call NVC and ask them what is wrong,and i was told what is wrong, than i ask when i will receive e mail, since AVR tell me do NVC send leter on January 25, and today is January 26, so way i did not receive e mail from NVC,

the answer was ,,It has not yet been generated , you will receive email shortly,,

So did anybody know when that shortly will be?

When your paperwork arrived at the NVC did you call and give them your email address? I gave them our email address and all of our correspondences has been through emails. We got a RFE on our ds-230 also and I found out via the AVR also. Then a couple of days later we got the email stating exactly what was missing. I never got any notifications in the snail mail. I would think if you haven't gotten the email by this Friday, I would call and talk to the OP again.

I know getting RFE stinks, it took us a whole month to get back on track from ours!!

yes they have my email , they use that way of communication with me before, they told me they will do that again, but i have to wait till Monday.That is confusing,,
