Hi guys, we got our interview date today and it is the 30th March, 2010. I was just wondering about the w-2's, I have them from the last 3 years. However, do we need to submit the ones for 2009 as well ? We have last 3 years tax returns along with everything else, was just wondering about this.

Any help would be appreciated !

They actually just took our most recent (2008) return, but it's good to have the other ones prepared!

Do you have to use the I-134 or will Montreal accept the I-864?
