There is someone in the IR1/CR1 thread - has an interview March 11, and a baby due on March 8. kballtex

He said there IR1/CR1 - Montreal Timeline to Interview p. 148 "

I've asked them about 15 times what our options are and they are thus:

"Q4: If I cancel my appointment when will I be rescheduled?

A: Rescheduled appointments generally occur 2 to 3 months from when we were notified of the appointment cancellation, due largely to our high volume of cases and workload. This may vary from case to case, due to visa number availability and the visa class being requested."

I think we're actually considering rolling the dice. "

Any idea what you are going to do ?

I think the guy mentioned above was planning to call and reschedule because the due date for the baby was too close.

Ahh, hope they get it within a month or two from the original date!

--- I think April is now my favorite Month

I put you on the list over on the March 2010 thread for Montreal (unless you are jmd77 in which case maybe you got a new screen name on VJ). It is a long wait but at least having an interview date in hand is somewhat reassuring.

My packet 4 came and it listed all the things to take with me... my question is...

If I have my divorce certificate and the judgment stamped for my name change as well... do I really need to take the original marriage certificate? I applied for this certificate once before for the divorce..and give it to the judge.

I really don't want to pay for a marriage certificate that I no longer want....lol

I have the original (non valid one) that the witnesses signed and we signed..

Thanks...

We are April 7, (seems so far away) - working on looking for a hotel, and a million of one things for my teenage son to do on the drive up. (10.5 hours in the car) lots and lots of snacks.
