My AOS got touched today at 06:19 am!! I cant believe they start work that early.

It says that they mailed out an approval letter this morning, but I am a little confused since I already received the welcome letter on friday. Maybe I will get another one or hopefully my GC will be in the mail.

so much waiting and waiting and waiting.....

10/10/09 - Mailed both I-130 applications

10/13/09 - Received at Chicago Lockbox

10/20/09 - NOA1 Issued

10/21/09 - Checks Cashed

10/26/09 - NOA1 Received

02/19/10 - Approved - email notice

NVC

02/22/10 - Received at NVC

02/23/10 - Assigned Case Numbers for both applications

02/23/10 - Registered email addresses with case numbers

02/24/10 - Received emails for AOS Bill $70 & DS 3032 Choice of Agent form

02/25/10 - Paid AOS Bill

02/26/10 - Sent DS-3032 priority mail

02/28/10 - Emailed DS-3032

03/01/10 - Sent I-864 priority mail

03/03/10 - DS-3032 accepted by NVC - email notification

03/03/10 - Paid IV Bill for both parents

NOA received Feb 18, 2006

Biometrics done on Apr 21, at St. Paul office..wait some more......

Touched on April 24 and 28

email aproval for AP on May 1

email approval for EAD on May 3

received AP on May 3

received EAD in mail on May 8

start work of June 1

AOS interview in Bloomington on July 19 8am

AOS approved,passport stamped on July 19

as of Dec 10, 2006 still no greencard....waiting and waiting....USCIS says we are approved, and check back in 60 days...no idea what is happening

Dec 18, email stating welcome letter is in the mail

Dec 20, 5 emails saying they ordered production of my new card......

Dec 24...welcome to America letter in the snail mail

Dec 26...GC in hand and all is correct...

NOTE TO SELF..file to lift conditions 04/19/08

04/22/08 filed to lift conditions

05/01/08 package returned wrong form

05/05/08 re-submitted right form to california

05/09/08 cheque cashed

05/13/08 NOA

05/19/08 appointment letter for biometrics received..appointment on 05/28/08 at 11 am at USCIS St. Paul

05/28/08 took my two appointment letters and had my fingerprints done

11/13/08 touched and email stating card production ordered and will be sent to me in 30 days

11/21/08 GC in hand no mistakes expires 11/13/18

AOS file : March 10,06

Receipt number enter : March 27,06

Biometics : April 21

EAD : Approved May 4,06

EAD card received : May 11,06

AOS interview : July 13,06 (Pending CR6)

AOS tounced : July 22

Welcome notice received in mail : August 1,06

CAse Status update : August 2 (said after approving the caes, they ordered me new card)

Approval notice mail : August 4

GC received on August 7( It said category CR6) :yes:

Hope your guys got your card soon.

Cant stop looking at my.............

GREEN CARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOO HOO!! Received it in the mail today. My case was updated yesterday, but it only says that an approval letter was mailed. Nothing about a card being ordered etc.

All information is correct - but its not Green!!

Its such a relief to have it finally and to be done with immigration for 2 years.

Thanks again to everyone who has helped me along the way.

Hopefully more GC's are on there way.

Did they tell you something like, being on name check, or something like that??

Is it over 30 days from your interview? Called the mis-information line?

Man... I would be eating my nails to my elbows! Im sorry you've had to wait so long!

Our welcome letter says to contact them if the green card hasn't arrived within three weeks. Have you tried contacting yet?!
