Hi everybody,

I am back again. I need help for my friend. her brother is on student basis and his wife is USC. then after marriage let say they live to gether. but how they get credit card,insurance,or orther documents on both names. as her brother is on student so i think he doesn't have social security number. how it is works?

how they can create documents? also after marriage after how long time they can apply for AOS?

pl. help for this. they are really in problem.

They can apply for AOS as soon as you are married, with certificate in hand.

How to get documents in each others name? Simply apply for them, go to the insitutions and sign up, bringing proof of the marriage/ID/Status as required.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
