Ok ,here is what we done so far.

I 130 sent to USCIS

I 130 approved after 32 days

Case went to NVC

We got NVC case number

We pay 70 $ fee and we send form I-864 - Affidavit of Support

We pay 400 $ fee than fill out form DS 230 and obtain the applicant’s civil documents., and send all this to NVC.

Now we waiting for NVC to complete our case and to schedule our interview.

Once we got date of interview, we will do medical exam.

So all looks ok, but what is this , i find this on embassy page , and now i am confuse, how i will send form DS 2001 ( if i need to send one) when i already send form DS 230, and NVC page did not said anything about form DS 2001

FORM DS-2001 It won’t be possible to schedule your Immigrant Visa

Appointment until you return this form signed along with the form DS-230 Part 1.

hi...

i believe if you file for CR-1 or IR-1... the NVC schedules your interview and there is no need to fill out the DS-2001...

but if the embassy is scheduling it... for K1 maybe?, they require the DS-2001...

i wouldn't worry about it because your interview is already scheduled and everything...

you can call the NVC to clarify this though :) good luck
