Planning to have a second wedding in Philippines

Timeline

Me and my hubby planning to have a second wedding in Philippines this year before i file my Removing of Condition...the question is do i need to inform the immigration and send also the evidence that we have our second wedding in Philippines???? who has the same situation like this...kindly share yours.

You can always include a short cover letter and explain the evidence you are including - but USCIS has seen such events so it is not too different.

N-400 Naturalization Timeline

06/28/11 .. Mailed N-400 package via Priority mail with delivery confirmation

06/30/11 .. Package Delivered to Dallas Lockbox

07/06/11 .. Received e-mail notification of application acceptance

07/06/11 .. Check cashed

07/08/11 .. Received NOA letter

07/29/11 .. Received text/e-mail for biometrics notice

08/03/11 .. Received Biometrics letter - scheduled for 8/24/11

08/04/11 .. Walk-in finger prints done.

08/08/11 .. Received text/e-mail: Placed in line for interview scheduling

09/12/11 .. Received Yellow letter dated 9/7/11

09/13/11 .. Received text/e-mail: Interview scheduled

09/16/11 .. Received interview letter

10/19/11 .. Interview - PASSED

10/20/11 .. Received text/email: Oath scheduled

10/22/11 .. Received OATH letter

11/09/11 .. Oath ceremony

Timeline

My wife and I got married in 2008, we are getting married again in Boracay, Philippines this October 2010, it will be before my Removing of Condition also I have a CR1 Visa, I don't think it matters at this point to report anything, other than that you are just taking a vacation to the P.I., I'm assuming you have the same situation of course.

You can send pictures of the wedding as evidence with little caption on it! :thumbs:

Exactly - at this point, you got married on the date the marriage certificate says, and everything else will be reported as evidence. This type of evidence shows the USCIS officer when reviewing your petition to remove conditions is that you are accepted in her family and culture, and the same with you. Some people get married secretly for immigration purposes only so this type of evidence will not be available.
