:star: Cass (bebop the great)

By the way I have heard form a very very very very good source(My lawyer) that all CSC applicants that had the special RFE IMBRA form sent out to them should be completed and approved (Given everything else OK) "within" 3 weeks from today. Dont question the messenger here, it is just what he told me.

Don't mean to shoot the messenger or shoot down anyone's hopes - but a lawyer is not a very good source because he has no way of knowing anything more about CSC's processing method than we do. That said, several senator offices have indicated that CSC is making an effort to both acknowledge and process petitions in order of NOA1 date and RFE return date. That should mean that anyone who filed in March/April who was in the first batch of RFEs sent out on June 23 doesn't have much longer to wait. On the other hand, if you filed in early June and sent your RFE back at the end of June, I don't think you'll only be waiting 3 weeks since there is other processing, separate from the RFE, to be done. And we have to remember, every case is different.
