Ok on the DS 230 it states list employment history for the last 10 years. Do you list the times you were unemployed? Unlike the G325-A (states list employment history for last 5 years if none then so state) We did list the unemployment times on that form but I want to know if I need to list JUST employment on the DS 230 or do I list the unemployed time frames as well?

We listed his unemployment dates on this form as well. It didn't even occur to me not to. We didn't have a problem.

07-17-2009 I-129F sent

07-22-2009 NOA1 date

07-24-2009 check cleared

07-30-2009 NOA1 received via snail mail

10-14-2009 NOA2 (we were around #187 on Igor's List)

12-30-2009 Interview in Madrid!

02-01-2010 Visa in Hand - finally!

03-08-2010 POE Orlando, FL

I used exactly the same format for the two, I just added the earlier info to the bottom for the DS-230. Both forms included periods of unemployment.

Thanks for the quick response. I figured we needed to list it all but I think he's trying to get out of typing so much :) Just wanted to verify that I was correct. I can tell him I'm right as usual HAHAHA! Just kidding!
