Some one told me that I should have send in the form - Authorization for Release of Federal Tax Data :crying: :crying:

And also, I did not send in Tax returns BUT only transcripts for last 3 years with income statement from IRS. :innocent:

Am I expected to get RFE?

no you don't need that form and the transcripts should be just fine :thumbs: did you send proof of employment?(current check stub :unsure: )

Congrats MQ!!!!!!

I am also checking into the Feb thread. I am awaiting for my case to be upgraded to Immidiate relative status as I recently became a US citizen. I sent in a request for upgrade on Jan 22nd. I haven't heard anything back from NVC yet. I already have a case number at NVC. Just need the upgrade to happen so things can start rolling again. Hope to get the DS-3032 soon. Hoping for a smooth stay and an early check out by March :-).

06-11-2007 : I-130 Sent

08-04-2009 : I-130 Approved

NVC Stage

09-04-2009 : NVC Received

09-08-2009 : NVC case# assigned (Waiting game begins to Upgrade my case to IR-1)

01-22-2010 : Became U.S. citizen (Sent request to upgrade petition from F2A to IR-1 catagory)

02-17-2010 : Case finally upgraded to IR-1

If they have copies of it all ready, I wouldn't worry about it. I would just wait until the interview and see if they ask for it. What else can you do? Don't worry about it!!! :thumbs:
