Nah, they haven't accepted the 3032 as of yet. No emails since AOS/3032 was sent to me!

I'm flying Delta on Tuesday too! My brother-in-law used to be a pilot for them before he went to the airforce. Sydney -> LAX return ($680) Lovin' it mwahahah

I just got off the phone with the NVC operator. They said we were not assigned a March interview because the interviewing consulate was at capacity for interviews in March.

I don't know what it really means, but I guess it just means we have to wait another month.

I just resived email from NVC today, i need to send an original arabic marriage certificate and hubby's original military records.

Estrella--Hey, India is about 10.5 hours time difference from the U.S. so I sleep when everyone else is awake. But don't worry, I'm still dreaming about NVC, VJ and DS230s.

My DS230 packet included:

Cover sheet for Immigrant Visa Bill of $400.

Two (2) Passport Size Photographs of Beneficiary (Beneficiary’s full name, and date of birth are written on back of both).

DS-230 Part 1 completed and signed by beneficiary.

DS-230 Part 2 completed by beneficiary – unsigned, as of yet, per instructions.

Original Marriage certificate

Photocopy of Marriage Certificate

Original Birth Certificate

Photocopy of Birth Certificate

Original Police Clearance Certificate from Local Police Station, Calcutta

Original Police Clearance Certificate from Regional Passport Office, Calcutta

Photocopy of beneficiary’s Indian passport.

# of business days it takes:

5-9 days for NVC to receive your case and assign a case #.

4-9 days to receive emailed links after giving your email address to an operator.

1-2 days for the AOS bill to show as PAID.

8-9 days for DS3032 to be accepted.

1-2 days for IV bill to be PAID.

7-10 days for case complete after all your documents have been sent in.

MrsWife--Congratulations and welcome. Use this long weekend to have everything prepared for NVC so that you can zoom through it. Good luck.

MsSheka--Where are you? I didn't beat the 13 day record at NVC but I did manage to get all the documents out of the door within 13 days of them assigning a case number. NVC, you are too slow for me.
