Received emails for DS-3032 and AOS fee bill last night, paid last night. Everything's set, waiting for the Fee Paid to print it out and send in the AOS.

The best is to keep checking the website (for the payments) when you get a message that the file is no longer able to be processed (usually about 2 weeks after they receive the package) then you get the login fail, the case complete follows in a few days... THEN the AVR! It is usually updated last!!!

Sorry, I don't think I have it right.... I keep checking the DOS web page where the payments went from IN PROGRESS to PAID? That doesn't sound right......is it another page somewhere like the USCIS had the case staus touches? I think you're right, the AVR still hasn't updated to the PAID status yet.

I AM NOT CHECKING ANYTHING UNTIL MONDAY, this obsessing is giving me an ulcer! Yes, he is my life not, but not this damn visa...if it's not raining in lovely California I am getting off the computer! Lol

10-05-09 : NOA1 I-129

01-25-10 : NOA2 I-130/I129 Text & email

Yaay, Sean. You're on your way.

Gina, yes it's the payment site. When your case is complete, you will no longer be able to sign in. That sign in fail will signal that your case is complete at NVC. I know what you mean about getting ulcers. I feel like I'm constantly on my toes and checking.

Updating current NVC timelines:

# of business days it takes:

4-7 days for NVC to receive your case and assign a case #.

4-9 days to receive emailed links after giving your email address to an operator.

1-2 days for the AOS bill to show as PAID.

8-9 days for DS3032 to be accepted.

1-2 days for IV bill to be PAID.

7-10 days for case complete after all your documents have been sent in.

Also, if there are any RFE's (Team NVC has NO RFE's, NO RFE's, NO RFE's!) what's the most common way to hear about it? Do we check a website, call AVR, get an emaill or they just send it snail mail?

I will be checking your for your updates most, we are on the same day timeline. Send me a message when you hear anything, cant wait! : ) Damn we're good!
