Hello Andrea, hope all is well! About your questions, the paper that states i am not subject to the 2 year rule policy is what they call the DS 2019. This DS 2019 was lost after i changed my passport. My question is if i should get an affidavit of loss for that paper!

USCIS and NVC received a copy of my previous visa plus a copy of the DS 2019, but the original one got lost which is i am getting worried if they will ask for the original!

If they have copies of it all ready, I wouldn't worry about it. I would just wait until the interview and see if they ask for it. What else can you do? Don't worry about it!!! :thumbs:

Arg, im ready for tomarrow. On Dec. 1st my long awaited DS-3032 got approved. so i hope tomarrow feb. 1st my log awaited log in fail comes lol

Well I called today to see if the e-mail we have in their system is correct, the operator read it back to me and everything checked out fine. I asked her why NVC has'nt sent us any e-mails yet and I was only provided with a standard x to x amount of weeks, yada, yada. Why is it taking for them so long to e-mail all this info? Come on, lets get this rolling.... :angry:

I think so too And_Sam... I got my log in fail in the afternoon around 2:30pm CST (3:30 pm EST) on 1/28/10 ... hopefully I get my case complete today!! :unsure::whistle:
