I thought you guys thought i died or something lol. and thats why you were asking haha.

I had 2006 tax transcripts. 2007 and 2008 tax returns and W2s.

Ok--So my IV bill was generated and paid yesterday. Now it's even showing as PAID. But I didn't get the email instructing me to pay it yet. Can I send in my DS230 packet with the printed cover sheet or should I wait till the official email comes in?

Yes you can send it. You dont have to wait. Your saving time this way. :thumbs:

I'm still waiting for the DS-3032 and AOS fee bill emails. Starting to realize how you all feel. I never thought I would get this impatient!

AOS $70 paid: 02/17/10

AOS Bill shows paid: 02/19/10

Melody--two PCCs required for India. One from the passport issuing RPO and one from the applicant's current place of residence local police station. And anywhere else that the applicant might have lived in for more than 6 months after the age of 16.

Yohino -- Complete NVC. Wait for interview to be scheduled. Then call embassy and postpone date till July. Any particular reason you want to delay it?

I'm confused between the 1040 and 1099 -- I was looking through the I864 again and it says if you're using tax transcripts, that's fine. If you're using the federal tax returns, then W2s and 1099 must be attached. What the hell are 1099s? Will just the tax return and W2 be enough? People? I'm slightly freaking out.

I haven't gotten all the way through the pages yet, so somebody may have answered all ready...1099 are the forms you receive IF you have gotten money from interest drawn from any kind of account...ie, savings, IRA..anything that makes money for you. Then you include them in your wages etc....

Yes both...you will see that they send the emails to whomever it corresponds with the two separate paths (meaning beneficiary and petitioner) but they always copy both for the same email. :thumbs:
