I dont get why people here are always on my case and being mean and rude to me. I think i rather stop posting here. I just post so i can help people and they can help me, but i seems everything i say, someone has a problem with. So i rather not post any more.

Bizarre. I just got an email from NVC at 6:22am EST saying that they are waiting for my DS3032. I sent it on Friday evening. Hmm, maybe I should call?

hi sach. yes call them and let them know when you emailed and that you also sent a hard copy. you're lucky they are getting to your DS3032 faster than they did last quarter of last year. it took them 3 weeks to get to my email :lol: i was tempted to mail my hard copy then :)

FYI, folks -- Start paying your 2009 taxes if you haven't already. Some consulates are already asking for them. And I imagine if your interview is in March/April, then they definitely will. Just a heads up.

I wish I could... :crying: I'm still waiting on my soon to be 4 month old baby girl's Certified Birth Certificate so we can process her CRBA and get her passport and SSN... Had the same problem last year with our other child. I hate waiting... I'm still waiting on the first email from NVC to get 3032...

I paid and filed mine this month. Question now is do I include this on my AOS packet? I really wanted to since it was an even better fiscal year, but I dont think I can get a transcript from IRS yet for 2009 tax returns. :wacko:

That being send, I will most likely send my transcripts from 2006-2008. Thanks for the heads up Sach.

I am sending copies and transcripts of 08 and 07 and I rushed to have my 09 taxes finished and am including a copy of them. They are professionally prepared(don't know if people here do their own taxes), so I think they will be enough and am not getting a copy of the transcripts for 09- actually I'm sure transcripts for 09 won't even be available until after April 15th.

Sach and AUS2USA, you paid Friday, and it's 3-4 business days, so I'm sure Wed and Thurs we will start getting our "PAID" notices. This is so much nicer than the Blackhole of USCIS! It's also nice peace of mind knowing about the 2nd week interview scheduling, because now I figure as long as our group gets the NVC done by Mar 9-ish we should get April interviews!!! I'm sure we'll all be wrapped up at the NVC by the end of Feb. we are an ORGANIZED bunch! : ) GO TEAM GO!!!! Can't wait to see some PAID PAID PAID for us!

Yesterday i paid both bills, the one for $70 and $400. last night both showed being in process. this morning i check and the one for $70 shows not paid and the one for $400 stills shows in process. do i have to try to pay the one for $70 again or just wait a couple of days ?

I have a question: Does NVC send out the "case complete" confirmation email/letter or do they just send the email/letter when the interview date is assigned? My login at NVC failed on Feb. 4th and case complete confirmed by a live operator on Feb 5th.

Don't try to pay it again, log out and try to log in again and see what it says. If it still says not paid, log out and wait a while before logging back on, they have "glitches" in their system sometimes but you should not try and pay it again.

I filed as "married filing separate" which is pretty undesireable. I didn't want to file as "single" and have immigration see that, but he wasn't in the country for 09 so he's not filing anything obviously. Depends on your tax situation and doesn't she need a SSN before you can include her?

I'm not sure about the tax thing as I already have a SSN and a W2 generated by my college campus employment. Maybe someone else can chirp in?

AOS bills should start showing PAID by today/tomorrow. Deb paid hers on Friday evening and it's already showing as PAID.

David--I think your emails should come in today/tomorrow.

Called the AVR. Said my AOS bill was received on 02/06.
