# of business days it takes:

4-7 days for NVC to receive your case and assign a case #.

2-4 days to receive emailed links after giving your email address to an operator.

2-3 days for the AOS bill to show as PAID.

2-9 days for DS3032 to be accepted.

2-3 days for IV bill to be PAID.

7-10 days for case complete after all your documents have been sent in.

As a FYI: I only have Deep's DS3032 to go off on, since everyone else went through it about a month ago when they were being accepted in about 24 hours. NVC's slowing down a bit due to the Haiti situation and I presume, the sudden spurt of approvals from USCIS. Anyone else has more info on the DS-3032? Yohino, keep us informed and let us know as soon as your IV bill is generated. Have you sent in your AOS packet yet?

Ok,thanks! I'v waited for my DS-3032 to be accepted for 7 businessdays so I hope it comes in soon, just so I don't mess up your timeline!haha.

We have not sent the AOS-pack in yet, still waiting for the freckin Tax-transcripts...they better be there today!

Will update you with everything that happens, I just wish something would be happening, haha!

Take Care Guys!

And MQ,I just know you'll find out your interview-date this week, cause I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you, and I'm a real good finger-crosser.. Makes it kinda hard to work ( and type) but you are worth it! :star:

Deep's DS3032 took 9 business days. I hope yours gets accepted tomorrow.

Come on, NVC, pick up your game.

I think 5-7 days should be enough for them to accept an emailed DS3032.

Mike, when are you going to go to California to see your wife? For how long?

I hope ours shows as PAID tomorrow. Then we'll overnight it to NVC. I'm not worried about the AOS, I just want that damned DS3032 to get accepted. ASAP.
