My AOS bill is still showing as IN PROCESS, though, Deb--when did you pay yours? Mine was paid early Saturday morning.

Well that means today was the first working day. So you will pob get show as PAID tomarrow.

And yah, ill call em every day lol.

Estrelle -- I sent it via courier from India directly.

Kids--what's the CURRENT approximate time for DS 3032 to be accepted/IV Bill generated? So far I have 2-9 business days.

CP2009--did you use an attorney? Those who do skip the DS3032 part because the lawyer is already designated as the agent.

GPMAN--If you have your coversheet, then print it out and send your AOS packet first thing in the morning! Go, go, go. :)

yes i did use a lawyer to file for the I-130. is that going to speed up the process. i sent an e-mail to NVC requesting to change the choice of agent from the lawyer to myself. i guess thay ignored that letter.

Ok, CP2009 -- You just saved yourself 2-9 business days by using a lawyer. Here's what you do. Pay those bills. NOW. They'll probably show up as PAID on Wednesday/Thursday. Print out the coversheet. Put it in your respective packets ($70 for the AOS and $400 for the DS230) and overnight it to NVC in one big envelope. After they receive your stuff, expect a case complete in 7-10 business days. Clear?

@MQ if it is any consolation the operator told they have no idea when I will be schedule for interview :blink: :blink: :blink: but I said to myself I will get my interview soon for the perfect day, how about that can any1 blame me, this process can turn one to lunatic if we don't talk back
