Hi all, congrats to those with Interview dates and MQ don't get depressed before you know it you will have your date. I called on Friday and got my case number too. But my dad's case still has not been approved, I dont know what to do. I don't want my mother's case to be ahead of my dad's and then end up with 2 different interview dates far apart. :wacko:

IR5 for both Parents

Sent I130 for parents: 9/25/09

Recieved NOA1 : 10/01/09

Recieved NOA2 : 01/29/10 text for mom's case

Recieved NOA2 : 2/9/10 text for Father's case

NVC JOURNEY

Mother's Case

NVC case No. assigned: 02/05/10

E-mail Addresses given to NVC: 02/08/10

AOS $70 paid: 02/17/10

AOS Bill shows paid: 02/19/10

This is such a happy thread. Much much different than the dreaded I-130 ones haha.

Hey guys, just a quick question. I received the Cover Sheet for the AOS. Do I have to wait for an official I-864 Copy from NVC? Or Do I just print the AOS Cover sheet and print my own I-864?

Also, why is there an option to have the document cover sheet e-mailed? I think its pointless considering we can just print it from the Immigrant.Visa.State website.

No you print it and send it. They dont mail anything any more.
