we are still waiting for the 3032, AOS & IV bill. Seems like they just put our stuff on the back burner because I had it expedited through the USCIS.

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

That's a bummer - did you request an expedite for NVC yet? Or are you back home now? Call and ask the status of your case - I found them very helpful.

Yea - I saw that as well. 4 pictures required. I thought that was for the medical for some reason but I'm only sending 2 for the DS-230 as well.

2 for the medical.

So updating timelines:

4-10 days to receive a case # after NOA2.

2-4 days to receive emails from NVC after giving them your emails.

2-3 days for AOS to show as paid.

2-9 days for DS3032 to be accepted.

I know it's always advised NOT to pay your IV bill before NVC emails you requesting you to do so, but has anyone paid the bill once it was invoiced on the fee payment page? Any problem doing that?
