i have it pegged on March 6th but i still gotta call a few more travel agencies before committing :) so far the cheapest one i found was $550 all taxes included :yes: it's a good deal. it's cathay pacific with a layover in hong kong :) my POE will be san francisco :) hubby is picking me up there and we will have a lil roadtrip going to reno :)

this is what i found about that:

INA 212(g)(2)(B) provides a waiver in any case where the panel

physician determines that a required vaccination is medically

inappropriate. In such cases, the panel physician will indicate on page

two of the Form DS-2053, Medical Examination for Immigrant or Refugee

Applicant, if the vaccine history is incomplete and which type of waiver is

requested. You must refer to Form DS-3025, Vaccination Documentation

Worksheet, and may then authorize a waiver in accordance with INA

212(g)(2)(B) for any of the following reasons (see 9 FAM 40.11 N10.3 for

definitions of below categories):

(1) Not age appropriate;

(2) Contraindication;

(3) Insufficient time interval between doses;

(4) Seasonal administration; or

(5) Vaccine unavailable.

i think mine is (4) they didnt give me flu shots because they said it's not flu season :blink: i didnt know theres a season for that :whistle: i only had 2 shots: MMR and Tdap.

Wow $550.00 seems to be a pretty good deal!! :thumbs: But then, the cheapest flight I could find to Cairo was 1078.00 with taxes and all the extras... :blush: I didn't want any layovers in multiple countries so I paid a little extra...I don't mind layovers in the US but if I had any in other countries then I would have to get a visa to go outside the airport and I didn't want to do that....

Did they give you a list of your vaccinations Abbie?? That is one thing I told my husband to get. I don't want him to come to the US and he have to have all his vaccinations again.... :unsure::unsure:
