Ok, here is the run down of what I have sent to my husband and what I have to take for the interview...

What I have sent to hubby:

Photo album of photos of me and sameh in Egypt doing tourist things, the family and myself, the wedding reception with all the guests. Approx 500 pictures in album.

Wedding album done at Photography studio

copies of all paperwork sent to USCIS and NVC (I-130, I-192f, AOS packet, IV packet)

Original copy of my divorce papers from 1st husband

Copies of phone records, text messages, emails sent to him during 1 year of courtship

What I am planning on bringing:

Continuation of phone bills, text messages, emails sents after leaving egypt...

Copy of 2009 income tax return (yes I did them early so I could take it with me)

Copies of bank statements, savings accounts, mortgage statement

I am sure there are some other things that I am forgetting about, I am trying to make packets for everything that I have...If somebody has any good ideas, Please do share!!!

I'm thinking...

1) phone records/skype chat/call history (if any)

2) emails

3) money sent/received

4) pictures taken together during spouse visits, wedding pictures...

hmm... feel free to add to these...

Hey my fellow filers i got my Offical Case Complete!!! ......here's what i was told

"your case has been completed your case was not scheduled for a interview for the month of february due to limited capacity at the USEM we will be scheduling interviews for March next week please give us a call then if you do not recieve an interview date by email, we cannot guarantee a you will recieve a March interview date because these dates are provided by the USEM and will be released next week, we generally schedule interviews the second week of every month for the following month"

marriage cert(already sent to NVC just a back-up)

hubby's BC(already sent to NVC just a back-up)

small photo album(about 10-12 pics)

call logs

hotel reciepts

western union receipts

ticket stubs

son's BC(with my hubby listed)

passport stamps

son's passport stamps

2009 W2 and 1040 for me and co-sponsor(not really required but since it is the most current filed 2010)

copy of PC(as back-up already sent to NVC)

wedding invitation

and thats it thats what i have narrowed it down to
