oh so it was andrea!!! :lol: i thought it was metro ... what did she mean with "relaxing" really?? PAGING METRO! :lol:

i called Air21 and they said they will attempt to deliver again tomorrow. i hope i will be here then. i put my office address as my delivery address for the visa. i should have had them deliver it at home :cry: but i wanted to touch it first... see it first... :blush::lol:

Hey my fellow filers i got my Offical Case Complete!!! :dance::dance::dance::dance: ......here's what i was told

"your case has been completed your case was not scheduled for a interview for the month of february due to limited capacity at the USEM we will be scheduling interviews for March next week please give us a call then if you do not recieve an interview date by email, we cannot guarantee a you will recieve a March interview date because these dates are provided by the USEM and will be released next week, we generally schedule interviews the second week of every month for the following month"

My question is:

How is one notified of an RFE? Via email, or the AVR, or do we have to call and find out from an operator?

I just don't want to be sitting here idly if an RFE is open for my case

The way that I found out about our RFE was after I sent in all the packets...everyone who sent theirs in around the same time started to have a failed log in on the website. I didn't..so after a week I really started to worry. I kept calling the AVR and finally it listed that I had gotten a RFE so I called and talked to an OP and found out what was missing. Then I got the email for it.

So, I would say if you don't get a failed log in a week after it says on the AVR that papers have been received and is being reviewed call and talk to an OP!!!
