Called NVC, confirmed with rep that yes DS-3032 is accepted today :thumbs: . She confirmed the email addresses again and further told me that I will receive email for IV fee.

The acceptance of DS-3032 was the reason - IV fee link become available. :thumbs:

I have PAID it :whistle: , let us hope for the best. If it becomes PAID in next 2-4 business day, then, I am happy ELSE you all know what? :angry:

It should show paid within 2-3 business days.... Either way, it'll all work out... :)

11/28/12 - Visa in hand

12/10/12 - HERE AT LAST! (ALL GLORY TO GOD!)

I finally got to see all of the funny smileys last night!!! I had to wait until I got home to see them all....

Even if you did put a smiley on your ds-3032 form they might not have seen it!!! There are only a couple of smileys I could actually see at work... :unsure::whistle:

MQ - any word yet on the interview or should I read the previous 123,456 pages to find out?

Rec'd DS-3032 on Wed 3rd and rec'd AOS fee bill on Thurs 04th. Moving really quickly. Gave them email addresses on 02nd. I will have to read all the pages I have missed. Back to work for me ...

Hey chickeee, how's married life? :luv:

Hi you crazy kids. We're two months post-interview and the check hasn't even been cashed for the filing fee. The Embassy did call last week to tell us that the G325 forms that our attorney submitted for us were old forms. The USCIS nor NVC made mention of it through all this process-can you believe that? So, we Express Mailed our new forms to the Embassy. They should have everything now, so I'm hoping we are on London's waiver list soon. There's not been much good news out of there recently, so I'm scared to death. At least once we're on that list, we know we have jumped the last hurdle. After that, it's just a matter of waiting for a decision.

I did contact our Senator and Congressman, not so much to ask for help, but to let them know how these laws they pass sometimes hurt the very people they are trying to help. I'm not sure if it was a coincidence or not, but we had no action on our case for months and then one day after I was contacted by the officials' office, the Embassy called. Probably pure coincidence, but was just weird.

And I finally cut the attorney loose. Honestly, this was the 3rd thing he screwed up for us, and his mistakes have resulted in at least a month or more delays.

No, im gonna go visit him in a couple of weeks i think, but im not going for the interview, IM not good under pressure. lol the most easy question i will mess up if they asked me "what is your name" Ill be like "um...um....i dont remeber" lol
