Oh man... I can't believe you haven't received your NVC number yet estrelle. I'm sure it will come before the week ends!!

I still have not received my ds-3032 yet. I reckon today, or tomorrow, we'll see.

I'm so eager to get it all out of the way. I have all the fees ready to be paid and all forms ready to be sent!

Hey Guys, I received the AOS Bill and DS3032 email yesterday. The payment was already sent online and my wife have e-mailed NVC for the choice of agent form. But today we received another e-mail from NVC and the subject line says " MNLXXXXXXXXXX (PM ACL COVER LETTER STD)"

Basically its another notification from NVC requesting my wife to complete a Choice of Agent form. So do we send another choice of agent form to NVC? Or just disregard this since my wife already sent the corresponding choice of agent e-mail to NVC? Pls advice. Thanks!...

If you have the AUTO reply from NVC for the last sent email by your wife, don' t send any more email.

ME - I am still waiting for DS-3032 (Choice of Agent) to be accepted by NVC (email sent on 1/23).

A payment status of IN PROCESS means the transaction is still being processed. A payment status other than PAID indicates that the Department of State has not received the funds.

Payment rejected? Is this a standard status until the payment is received? Or should I send re-do my payment?

It should be "IN PROCESS" or "PAID" not "Payment Rejected".

Some thing is wrong....

BE SAFE - Check your bank if the money was taken from it or not.

NO its not i should never say REJECTED. maybe you entered your bank number wrong? Call NVC and see if shows there why it was Rejected. Good Luck.

Thanks. All i need to know. I knew there was some sort of error from processing last night. I just called my bank 2 minutes ago and I have the funds and furthermore there were No declined transactions/ACH payment showing up.

Im going to call NVC or just re-process the payment online today.

Yes it is. Most times they dont send an Email. IV genertated = DS-3032 accepted. You can call nvc just to be sure but im postive its Accepted!! CONGRATS!

This is incorrect. DS-3032 acceptance and IV generated are parallel processes.

How? when my ds-3032 got accpeted the IV generated.

Called NVC and the operator said to just monitor if the AOS payments posts in my bank account within the next 2-3 business days. She said its unusual considering the payment was just sent 13 hours ago and there's no way my bank would process/deny the payment that quick (and I agree because I work in a bank, ACH payment at least takes a full business day, or normally 2-3 days before its processed).

Seems odd for sure. If I have to take a wild guess, I think what happened is upon sending the payment online, my session timed out and did not capture the payment info I provided online. That happens quite often with online payments.

Any rate, ill keep you guys updated. Peace!
